Garry coordinates Arkia projects from the initial site visit through planning, material selection and construction. With a background in mechanical engineering and extensive construction experience, he helps clients understand the scope, technical requirements and decisions involved in their project. He works closely with trades, engineers and inspectors to keep each project organized and moving forward.

George supports Arkia projects with architectural planning, engineering review and practical design solutions. He helps develop permit-ready drawings, address structural requirements and coordinate designs that meet project goals and applicable building standards. His expertise is especially valuable for basement apartments, separate entrances, structural alterations and commercial renovations.

Simran is a mechanical engineer by training, a certified Project Management Professional and an experienced project manager with more than seven years across commercial construction, general contracting and IT infrastructure.

His experience includes restaurant construction, retail fit-outs, structured cabling, AV systems and digital signage installations. He combines technical knowledge with practical problem-solving to coordinate clients, trades, vendors and project teams effectively.

Simran is currently working toward his P.Eng. designation through APEGA and brings a people-first approach to every project, focusing on clear communication, dependable coordination and quality execution.

Harsh oversees Arkia’s business operations, client relationships and project delivery. With a background in production engineering, he brings a practical understanding of planning, materials, workflow and quality control to residential and commercial projects.

He works closely with clients, suppliers and trades to coordinate project requirements, resolve challenges and keep work progressing efficiently from planning through completion.

Milestone Academy Certified Tile Installers · Schluter Systems Certified · Commercial Flooring Specialists

Arkia’s installation team includes Milestone Academy Certified Tile Installers with experience in residential and commercial construction. Their capabilities include large-format porcelain tile, Schluter waterproofing and uncoupling systems, curbless showers, commercial tile and flooring installations, and detailed finish work.

Each installation is planned and coordinated by Arkia’s project management team, with careful attention to substrate preparation, product compatibility, layout, installation sequence and workmanship.

Licensed Plumbing and Electrical Professionals

Arkia works with qualified plumbing and Master electrical professionals for residential and commercial projects. Their work includes plumbing rough-ins, fixture installation, service modifications, lighting, receptacles, panels, dedicated circuits, interconnected smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, and electrical systems for kitchens, washrooms and legal basement apartments.

All regulated work is coordinated with the project schedule and completed by appropriately licensed trades, with required permits and inspections arranged when applicable.

Framing · Fire Separation · Drywall Finishing · Interior and Exterior Painting

Arkia’s framing and finishing team supports residential and commercial renovations from initial layout through final paint. Their work includes wood and metal framing, insulation, vapour-barrier installation and sealing, fire-rated assemblies, drywall installation, taping, mudding, sanding, patching, trim work and painting.

The team coordinates closely with plumbing, electrical and other trades to ensure walls are framed correctly, services are completed before closure, and finished surfaces are properly prepared for a clean and consistent result.

Custom Millwork · Kitchens · Vanities · Commercial Cabinetry

Arkia’s millwork team provides cabinetry and custom-built elements for residential and commercial projects. Their work includes kitchens, bathroom vanities, reception counters, restaurant service areas, feature walls, storage solutions, decorative woodwork and finishing details.

The team coordinates measurements, materials, hardware and installation with the project schedule to ensure each component fits the space, supports daily use and complements the overall design.

Foundations · Separate Entrances · Concrete Work · Driveways

Arkia’s concrete and exterior construction team handles foundation-related work, separate basement entrances, concrete slabs, walkways, steps, curbs and driveway construction or repairs.

Their work includes excavation, forming, reinforcing, concrete placement, grading, drainage, waterproofing and restoration around affected areas. Structural and foundation work is coordinated with the project engineer, permit drawings and required municipal inspections when applicable.
